SUI uses 4h MACD + ADX>40 — the same high-threshold gate as ATOM and TRX. Total excess return is +146pp over 3.5 years, but quarterly alpha averages -10.2%. A few huge quarters (Q2 2024: +76%) drive the total while most quarters lag. Rule B (deferred ADX confirmation) improves results but is not yet in production. With only 3.5 years of data, this is a provisional configuration — a systematic exit plan, not a trading edge.
